Homes for Heroes is personal to me because my son is a healthcare worker, and I've seen the sacrifices heroes make every day. I’m passionate about helping homebuyers navigate the home buying process and making sure our heroes know about the savings and support available through Homes for Heroes and Hometown Heroes ( only in Florida ) programs so they can achieve their dream of homeownership.

WHAT IS HOMES FOR HEROES?

Home for Heroes was established shortly following the tragic events of 9/11 as a way to give back k and say “Thank you” to our nation’s heroes.

It is the largest nationwide network of affiliated real estate agents and lenders and local businesses providing easy ways for heroes to save significant money when buying, selling or refinancing a home; or when making every day home-related purchases.

WHAT IS HOMETOWN HEROES? ( available only in Florida)

Hometown Heroes is a downpayment assistance loan program available to eligible workforce occupations who meet certain standards such as being a first time home buyer, a certain credit score and type of employment among other things.  The program offers up to 50,000.00 in down payment assistance.

Giving back to those who serve.
Special savings and dedicated support for teachers, healthcare workers, military members, veterans, first responders, and law enforcement across the Miami area.

Healthcare workers, military, first responders and other essential work fields can qualify to both programs.
